From ground assembly to full-height erection — steel frames, top girders and casing panels rise layer by layer, setting the pace of the whole plant schedule.

Heating Surface & Piping
Water walls, economisers, headers and main piping — fit-up, welding and sealing decide whether the unit fires up first time and runs safely for years.

Turbine-Generator Installation & Overhaul
Rotor lifting and turning, cylinder opening, alignment and clearance checks — our own overhaul crews restore even second-hand units to factory standard.

Auxiliaries & Emission Control
Precipitators, cyclones, ID fans and flue ducts are the last gate to compliant emissions — columns, shells and hoppers installed and aligned section by section.

Civil Works & Plant Buildings
From piling and pile caps to the main building frame and concrete stack, civil works interleave with erection to compress the overall schedule.

Boiler drums and key components are made in our own Zibo workshop; overseas projects are delivered by Chinese supervisors working alongside local crews.
